We want you to feel confident in your CAYAMA purchase. Here's how our return policy works.

12-Month Free Returns

Whether you're not satisfied with your results or you've simply changed your mind, you may return your CAYAMA device within 12 months of purchase for a full refund – no service fees, no hidden deductions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must include:

  • The original packaging

  • All included accessories and hardware

  • Any manuals or documentation that came with the product

Returns received without original packaging or missing components will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the sender at their own cost. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all contents originally included in the package intact. Opened products are eligible for return as long as all original contents are present.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for example, a different color or a replacement unit), let us know when you initiate your return and we will arrange this for you.

Quality Issues

If your device develops a verified quality issue, please refer to our 2-year warranty instead – we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@cayamalaser.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. We will provide you with the return address once your return request is initiated.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above, including items returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or showing damage unrelated to normal use.
